  Considering the few people that were inside and the number of staff that were behind the counter, efficiency is obviously not a priority here.

  This is the greatest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. These employees go through so much to make us happy. I feel bad for them having to deal with stubborn and impatient costumers. Always 12/10 coffee and employees ;) I am greatful every chance I get to visit the Cayuga Tim Hortons.

  Employees are always welcoming and friendly. Food comes out as expected 90% of time which is NOT common in the Toronto area.

  Even though many franchise owners and the corporation are being assholes towards their staff - some having their shift premium denied - the staff at the Tims that I've visited have continually demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism. Even when swamped with the sudden arrival of over fifteen drivers from a Hollywood North production crew in the early A.M. hours, the Cayuga Tim's staff stilled maintained their composure, serving all of us as if business as usual. Way to go Tim's staff.

  Ridiculous. Charged for an extra sauce, and an extra tea. Only given one tea bag with the tea I got and one sauce container half filled for two things of wedges. Will not be going back to this facility. Neither will anyone I know. Done with people being inconsiderate. There we're zero other food orders on the screen and the employee preparing the food was not in training. This is ridiculous. Step up with better service or wait until everyone realizes what an awful facility this is and never returns. Your call.
